These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Agreement

By scheduling a service with NeatFreak Home Cleaning Services LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the client) and NeatFreak Home Cleaning Services LLC.

2. Services Provided

Scope of Work: Our services include but are not limited to deep cleaning, regular cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), and specialized cleaning services as described in our service menu.

Custom Requests: Custom cleaning requests must be made at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for custom or additional services outside the standard service package.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Appointment Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed via email, phone, or our online booking system.

Rescheduling and Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Arrival Time: While we strive to arrive at the scheduled time, we allow a window of 30 minutes before or after the scheduled time due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, previous job overruns).

4. Payments and Pricing

Payment Methods: We accept cash, checks, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo and major credit cards. Payments are due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made.

Pricing: All prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for custom requests or excessive dirtiness.

Late Payments: Payments not made within 14 days of the service date will incur a late fee of 10% of the total invoice amount.

5. Client Responsibilities

Access to Property: Clients must ensure that our cleaning team has access to the property at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access will result in a cancellation fee.

Safety and Hazards: Clients must inform NeatFreak Home Cleaning Services LLC of any potential hazards, slippery surfaces, or dangerous areas within the property.

Valuables: It is the client's responsibility to secure any valuable items before the cleaning service. NeatFreak Home Cleaning Services LLC is not responsible for damage or loss of unsecured valuables.  It is understood that during and after the cleanings items and floors may continue to remain wet.  Caution is expected to be exercised to prevent any slips, falls, damage, and/or injury.

6. Our Guarantee

Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.

Liability: NeatFreak Home Cleaning Services LLC carries coverage insurance. We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or improper use or care of items within the home.  Additionally, we are not responsible for any damage or loss of improperly stored, placed, or positioned items within the home.  Items that have been presumably damaged or harmed during the cleaning process will be reviewed with another NeatFreak personnel member and the owner shall be notified as soon as possible of discovery.  Any and all property/items discovered by solely by the client to be damaged or harmed are to be brought to the attention of NeatFreak personnel and a thorough company investigation shall be conducted.

7. Privacy Policy

Confidentiality: All client information is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing cleaning services. We do not share client information with third parties without consent.

Security: We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information of our clients.

8. Termination

Termination by Client: Clients may terminate the service agreement at any time with 24 hours' notice of a scheduled cleaning otherwise a cancellation fee may apply.

Termination by NeatFreak Home Cleaning Services LLC: We reserve the right to terminate the service agreement for non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or any other reason deemed appropriate.

9. Changes to Terms

NeatFreak Home Cleaning Services LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the service is provided. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in that state.

Return Policy for NeatFreak Home Cleaning Services LLC

At NeatFreak Home Cleaning Services LLC, we strive to provide the highest quality cleaning services to our clients. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our services, we are committed to addressing your concerns and making it right. Please review our return policy below:

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

Quality Assurance: We stand by the quality of our cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion to address your concerns.  Please refer to terms & conditions policy.

2. Requesting a Re-Clean

Eligibility for Re-Clean: If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, you are eligible for a re-clean of the specific area or areas of concern. To qualify for a re-clean, you must contact us within 24 hours of the original service date and clearly specify the areas that need to be addressed.

Scheduling a Re-Clean: Upon receiving your request, we will schedule a re-clean at a time that is convenient for you. Our goal is to rectify any issues promptly and to your satisfaction.

3. Refunds

Partial Refunds: If you are still not satisfied after the re-clean, you may request a partial refund. The amount of the refund will be determined based on the specific circumstances and the extent of the dissatisfaction.

Full Refunds: In rare cases where neither the original service nor the re-clean meets your expectations, and a resolution cannot be achieved, you may be eligible for a full refund. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.  Please refer to terms & conditions policy.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Customized Services: Any custom cleaning services that go beyond our standard offerings are non-refundable. This includes special requests or additional tasks not covered by our regular service packages.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time are non-refundable and may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

5. Service Conditions

Client Preparation: For our cleaning team to perform the highest quality service, clients must ensure that the home is accessible and that there are no obstructions or hazards. If our team cannot access the home or perform their duties due to client conditions, the service may be deemed non-refundable.

Safety and Hazards: If our cleaning team encounters unsafe conditions or hazardous materials during the service, they have the right to terminate the service for their safety. In such cases, a partial refund may be considered depending on the circumstances.
